The Fix-It Men's Gardening Service involves keeping your lawns and garden looking their best so you can enjoy them without the hard work.
Our Gardening Service involves a garden maintenance service. During the summer months this will usually be a weekly service, involving lawn mowing and edging. In the cooler months the service will be needed less often.
Gardening Service personnel will trim your lawn edges efficiently, mow the grass for you to keep it looking nice and even, rake, sweep or power blow the leaves and grass clippings and bag them for disposal. Alternatively, your organic garden waste can be added to your compost bin or compost heap.
If you elect for composting, the leaves and grass clippings can be turned into your own natural organic garden fertilizer, one that's perfect for flower beds or for adding to the base of trees.
We can add mulch to your flower beds, which conserves water and helps smother weeds from coming up. But if the weeds are out of control we can poison them or pull them out by hand. The more labour intensive options cost a little more but the results can be longer lasting and are much better for the environment.
Typical gardening jobs include:
Mowing lawns front and back and the nature strip next to the sidewalk (pavement)
Applying fertilizer
Trim your hedges
Prune shrubs and small trees
Weed control
Plant trees, flowers, bushes and ground-cover plants
